Can I watch downloaded Netflix movies after subscription ends?

No, you can't. Downloaded Netflix movies or series can only be watched via the Netflix app so even if you have downloaded some clips, once your membership is cancelled, so will be all your downloaded content. Also, downloaded contents have an expiry date, which means there is a limited time to watch them anyway.
