Unfortunately, it is not possible to use devices made for USB with your Xbox devices unless they are specifically branded as "Made for Xbox" devices. A special and unique communication chip is required for USB devices to be compatible with Xbox ones. So no, your USB headset cannot be used with your Xbox ones.
