It is a bovine mammal, one that has been domesticated. The plural of ox is oxen. Oxen's are used in some countries for pulling vehicles, carts, or for carrying things. They are also used for Ploughing, transporting, or threshing grain by trampling and powering machines. Oxen may also be used for skidding logs in forests.
