Can PC players play with ps4 players on GTA 5?

Only a few games do cross-platform play, and when it comes to crossplay between Sony and PC, the numbers are even smaller. You cannot cross-platform play GTA 5, and if you want to play with your friends, you all will have to buy the same device, whether it's PS4 or PC.
