Google Assistant does not have a specific 'secret' mode as some other applications do. However, it offers features like Incognito Mode in Google Maps and private browsing in Google Chrome, which prevent your activities from being saved to your Google Account. For privacy while using Google Assistant, regularly review and delete your Google Assistant activity in My Activity or use Guest Mode, which doesn't save queries to your Google account.
