In Old School RuneScape (OSRS), bones that give the most XP are Superior Dragon Bones, offering 150 experience when buried. However, utilizing them on a gilded altar with both burners lit significantly increases XP gain to 525 XP per bone, which is highly efficient for players aiming to boost their Prayer level rapidly. It’s important to note, though, that the cost per bone is relatively high, making this option best suited for players who prioritize time over expense.
